Parking operations
Manage complex parking operations with fine-grained zone groups, modular hardware registration, and automated enforcement.
Organize gateless lots into structured zone groups with custom parking rule conditions, grace periods, rate schedules, and violation price mapping.
Enforcement officers can scan license plates in real time with automatic photo watermarking, instant match against active sessions and whitelists, and manual search fallback.
Register gated parking lots with modular zones, kiosks, and hardware occupancy counters through streamlined modal workflows.
Configure online booking availability per gated lot, set flexible duration packages or allow custom durations, and manage versioned booking pricing templates.
Inspect gateless session details, add and edit session violations, update fine statuses, and issue transaction refunds directly from the dashboard.
Display studio & UI
Design rich kiosk screen layouts, compare versions visually, and preview active display templates directly within the dashboard.
A complete in-browser design canvas for kiosk displays supporting text styling, shapes, image assets, SVGs, custom spacing, typography, and precise element positioning.
Compare changes across design versions with side-by-side visual diffs and import existing frame layouts into new display templates.
A new UI component enabling smooth visual navigation, thumbnail previewing, and seamless switching across multi-frame layouts and display templates.
The gated lot overview now displays active screen configurations for each kiosk, making current visual setups easy to audit at a glance.
Live monitoring & occupancy
Monitor occupancy trends and live activity without navigating away from your primary workflow.
Open a slide-out panel to monitor real-time vehicle capacity and occupancy breakdowns for an individual lot or aggregated across multiple facilities.
Activity feed events now automatically resolve raw lot and kiosk IDs into human-readable facility and device names for immediate clarity.
Define custom operational alert rules and notification thresholds tailored to individual gated facilities.
Connect hardware occupancy sensors and counters to synchronize live vehicle counts seamlessly with the Parkwize cloud.
Pricing & calculations
Create sophisticated pricing models with stacked priority rules, custom conditions, and live rate evaluation.
Define pricing plan templates and create immutable versions with priority-ordered rules, day-of-week and time-of-day conditions, duration limits, and rounding options.
Test and simulate price calculations with custom entry and exit timestamps, inspecting step-by-step rule matching and pricing breakdown in real time.
Configure and synchronize base hourly pricing packages across kiosks directly from the pricing configuration workspace.
Security & platform UX
Keep your operations secure with scoped API credentials and enjoy a faster, more cohesive interface.
Create API keys with fine-grained resource permissions (lots, bookings, transactions, displays) and action scopes (read, write, delete), featuring secure one-time secret revelation.
The client sidebar and route guards dynamically adapt to user role permissions, redirecting unauthorized routes to available destinations seamlessly.
Refined visual styling across all panels, mastheads, tables, and modal dialogs with smooth glass backdrops, consistent empty states, and standardized form controls.
